Humble origins

Welcome! We are Justin and Holly Martinchek, owners of Lake Shark Lures. We were both born and raised in Cheboygan, MI near the straits of Mackinaw. Growing up in a sportsmans paradise, we each had fathers and grandfathers that gave us wonderful memories built upon hunting and fishing. After graduation, Justin joined the USAF to serve our great country as a Firefighter while Holly went to school for Nursing. Fast forward through 3 college degrees and multiple careers and moves, we have landed in Hancock, MI where Holly works as a flight nurse and Justin is a Forester. We are making the most of life in the gorgeous Upper Peninsula, and some of our favorite times have been spent fishing on Superior. We have made our home here with our two dogs (Teddy and Riggs), and are thrilled to be able to turn our love of fishing into a business. We hope our products can help you make some wonderful fishing memories of your own.
